Brad and his team have done multiple projects for me. From fixing a faucet to full blown new construction of bathrooms, boilers and water heaters. They are the best in the business.

They just installed a new hot water heater on short notice, which was very important, and their price was very reasonable. They were on time and efficient and courteous and explained the process well. They also handled a smaller plumbing problem recently and again were efficient and clear in explanations. I am pleased to recommend them.

From the moment I contacted All Points East Plumbing & Heating, after a local business highly recommended them, it was as good of an experience you could ask for. From calling the office, to speaking to Brad, scheduling the repair and actually having the repair done, the whole experience was so seamless. Everyone was professional, pleasant and all had a can do attitude. On the scheduled date and time Edgar and Luis arrived promptly, were very thorough, knowledgeable and both were true professionals, doing the day-long repairs all while leaving our home immaculate. We have an older home with a partial basement/crawlspace and was concerned if the repair could be done without having to break through the foundation, and when asked, Brad stated, "this is what we do". He was right and more. Thank you for the great work you do!
