All Points installed two gas furnaces for us since we moved to this location. One of the furnaces is located under the house in an outdoor enclosure which is difficult to get to. And as I recall the weather was abominable. They were efficient and did an excellent job installing the furnace in unusual conditions. The second furnace installation was indoors. The representative gave us detailed information about choices in furnaces and means of installation. There was no pressure. They were here when they said they would be and worked non-stop until the installations were complete. We worked with them scheduling vent cleaning before the install. Permits were obtained and work was inspected and passed as expected. It was a clean installation with very little disruption to our household. We were not inconvenienced in any way. They installed a new thermostat in both instances and explained in detail the new technology. I don't recall that they were the lowest bidder for our projects, but we certainly would recommend them again.
