Travis Duncan of All Pro Air really made my day yesterday. With outdoor temps above 100 degrees, my A/C went out. I anticipated a couple day wait to get things repaired but Travis found a way to work us in his busy schedule and fixed us up in just a few hours. His attention to customer service will serve him well in his new career. Thanks so much Travis. Very well done.

Travis came out to our house on a Saturday evening to repair our AC. It was blistering hot out (108F) and the temperature in the house was approaching 90F. He spent almost 2 hours in the heat working on the AC unit. Travis did not have a new replacement part so he got it up and running using an older part he had from an old unit he had in his van. He came out two days later and replaced the older part with a new one. I would use this man again without any hesitation. Very professional and knowledgeable.
