STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AND THE OWNER! The owner of this business told me one date of service by text and then later told me a different date over the phone. My mistake was in not getting him to text me the new information over the phone. Then I get a phone call that the job was starting on the texted date. When I met him at the job site he was rude and never tried to apologize for his mix-up. He asked me at one point "I suppose you didn't remember to bring the check?". I told him I had the check. While in the house I asked him whether his supervisor for the job would be here? I had been assured by the supervisor that he would be there to supervise the job. That particular man was very knowledgeable about installing laminate and how to treat the public. The owner commented that "It is my business" and that the supervisor was on a different job. Then I found out a few minutes later that the supervisor was in California, and would not be there till the next day (that was probably why the owner had originally scheduled the job for the date he had given over the phone). Then the owner said he was taking his workers to another job for a while, and while he was leaving he said that he was going to drop my job. I told him that was fine with me. This is a business where the owner is condescending before the job starts, he does not cater to the public or even treat people with any manners whatsoever. I can only imagine how I would have been treated if I had had him do the job and had asked for any corrections or been unsatisfied in any way.
