All Pro Windows quoted window replacement and some other work at my house in Pittsburgh. I accepted the quote in May, and was told the windows had been ordered at that time. About a month before I was told the windows would arrive, the owner became non-responsive.
Despite consistent attempts to contact him for a month, he has not responded. My tenant, who was due to move in once the windows were complete, had to back out because I could not tell him when the house would be ready.
