    Bath remodel, build detached garage, build portico

    I have been renovating our house that was built in 1950’s and I am nearly finished. I previously hired All Renovations to update my two upstairs bathrooms with the 1950’s tile; build a portico addition at the front of our house; build a two-car detached garage at the rear of the house; and they did a superb job with all of these projects.. Now that I am finishing the basement, I decided to go with All Renovations again to update the basement bathroom and again, I am very happy with the results.

    The basement bathroom was in the laundry room with a washer, dryer, cabinets and a water softener system making it a tight squeeze for the space. Upon viewing the construction options with Adrian of All Renovations, he thought of moving the water softener system to an adjacent hallway closet. This allowed dividing the space into a separate bath with a nearly 3’ x 6’ shower and maintaining a full laundry room with a utility sink as well.

    Adrian with his “can do” attitude was a real champ at getting the work done. He also is very detailed with his work and makes sure things are completed correctly – a true compliment to the All Renovations team.

    If you are considering hiring professionals for your home improvement project, you won’t go wrong with All Renovations. I have hired them now for my house and I will hire them for two of my other properties that need renovating. I am very pleased with their work and I recommend them with full confidence.

    Phenomenal job on my bathroom renovation. The foreman was timely and great from start to finish. He even went to Home Depot with me to assist with some minor things. I highly back doing business with this firm as they are very competent and pleasant to work with compared to the other contractors that I have dealt with. The job was completed over 12 months ago and it's still holding up just fine. Thanks for a good thorough job.

    I hired them to renovate my powder room. They were to install ceramic flooring (with my previously purchased tiles), install a pedestal sink, install beadboard paneling and wallpaper above the paneling.
    1. They hacked up the baseboard when they installed the beadboard leaving a big chunk missing.
    2. They improperly matched the paneling behind the faucet with ugly results.
    3. They messed up the wallpaper which I realized was beyond their ability and stopped them, tore down what they did so I could do it myself. Lost half a roll in the process.
    4. Several tiles of the ceramic floor were cracked.
    5. The fittings for the sink plumbing were ugly (which I had redone). They had a large hole in the paneling where the plumbing goes into the wall.
    6. They reinstalled an existing magazine holder built into the wall crooked.
    7. I had to paint the beadboard paneling myself after they left.
    In the end I redid everything possible.
