The reviews I read was enough to cancel my business with them. I had a home warranty with American Home Sheild and Allright Mechanical was sent out to diagnose my air conditioner. Amazing enough no work was done just listened to the compressor. The technician said he would contact the warranty company and get back to me. I heard nothing back from Allright Mechanical. I tried calling the company had to leave a voicemail no one called me back. When I was able to get a hold of them weeks later they were rude to me. After 4 attempts of trying to get my air conditioning fixed all they wanted to talk about was replacing the unit at my expense. What good is a warranty if you have to pay the whole amount. I canceled my contract with Allright Mechanical and went another direction. I now look at reviews before hiring someone to do a job.

I've been going on with this company for over 3 years now. They were dispatched by my home warranty company and I regret every single second after that. Their technicians showed up drunk and stay at my home until midnight one night, I even caught him sleeping in his truck for 2 hours (Gary). They've screwed up every appointment i've ever had, either not showing up or showing up on the wrong day. They eventually completed the work after about 8 months however did not pass county inspection. They completely ghosted me and stop responding or answering my calls until I got the Department of Business oversight involved. The office staff is horrendously rude and has hung up on me almost every time I've called because they refuse to send me the itemized list of work completed. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE AWFUL PEOPLE.

Fidelity National Home Warranty sent Allright Mechanical to diagnose issue, they said it was the Zone Control system, which wasn't covered by my warranty, and I'd need to get a zone specialist to diagnose/fix. I did my own troubleshooting, figured out the problem was not the Zone Control, but something in the AC system. Tried to get Allright Mechanical back via Fidelity, appointment was canceled with no explanation (Allright claimed it was canceled by Fidelity). Got another company to come out and diagnose problem, was a wiring short in the AC unit, fixed within 1 hour for minimum charge. My AC had been out for 3 weeks during 2 extreme heat events (first 3 weeks of July 2023).
