James from Texas City
I had a new roof put on my home after Ike.
The roof has a 10 year warranted and has leaks that I cant get them to fix. My ceiling has water stains and mold in the closet.
The company has not returned my calls to get this problem resolved. I would NOT recommend anyone use this company. -

This company was hired by my general contractor for installing a roof on a covered porch. From the very beginning, the service from this company was horrible. The job should have taken 3 hours to complete. They were initially scheduled to come out on Saturday, 4/12/14 to install the roof. The roofer kept calling, changing their time, and finally cancelled for that day. The following week, we were told that he had employee issues and that someone had stolen the materials that he ordered for the job out of the back of his truck, and he would have to reorder them. Because of the coming rain, the roofer did come out on 4/15/14 and put felt down on the structure. He was told to put 2 layers of felt down, and he did, except for the last 18 inches.
Later that week, the roofer came out again with a helper and installed the shingles, but no flashing. The roofer came out for the final time on 4/22/14 and finished installing the flashing in about 30 minutes.
The General Contractor completed his portion of the job on 4/25/14. We contacted the engineering firm for the last inspection, so that we could get our wind certificate. The last inspection occurred on 4/29/14, and the representative from the engineering firm advised that 2 layers of felt was supposed to be put on the entire surface per Texas Code because of the pitch of the roof, and they would not certify it.
All Roofing was notified on 4/29/14 they would need to tear off the roof and redo it because it was not installed in compliance. For the past 2 weeks, this company has found excuse after excuse to delay fixing their error, and I was finally notified by my general contractor on 5/15/14 that the money would be refunded because All Roofing did not want to fix their mistake. It is approximately 2 weeks away from official Hurricane Season starting, and we are having to find new roofers to fix their mess so that we can get our wind certificate.
They say they are licensed, bonded, and insured, but I would NEVER use this company, nor would I recommend them for ANY contracting job.

We hired this roofer for our business in Dec 2017. He gave us a 10 year warranty since this time we have called him over and over again every rain event in Galveston with the rain leaking in so badly that we had to close down our business at least 6-7 times. He refuses to fix the faulty roof. We have even hired another Engineer to prove to him that the roof was not installed properly per the manufacturers instructions. He still refuses. When I call he screams at me loudly. Very unprofessional. We finally had to hire another roofer to help us finally and now we are suing him. Never us this guy Ignacio Larios all roofing.
