Bill Rodgers is a dangerous man and will snap if you challenge his decisions. He smiles big when he gets his way then he is loud when you confront him. Bill is a big black man with a problem. H e is a crook and will defend himself with lies. Do not trust bill. I can make this declaration because I made this in court and I can verify It. seemingly this might be defamation of character but not so. I will defend my remarks. Hire this guy and loose your money. I still have problems with Rodgers coming to my house to get a reduction in the jugement that I won.

    worse contractor ever

A disaster to my property. A clean up in the thousands. contractor that had no clue on how to build a simple structure. Money hungry and did not care . I will follow all roads to stop this contractor from further damage to others.
