KEEP LOOKING! Not even sure where to begin with All Seasons Pool. Not even really sure how they stay in business. We've had nothing but issues with All Seasons Pool. We had issues just about every step of the way from the dig, tile, step layout, pavers, pool finish, screen enclosure, waterfall, communication with their Orlando office, scheduling and most of all, dirt removal. These guys have half assed every step of the way. We were initially warned about ALL SEASONS POOL from some friends and neighbors that ended up in a court case with these guys and how difficult they were to work with when things went sideways. My wife and I thought there's no way it could be that bad...it was. Our mistake was wanting a pool ASAP and ALL SEASONS was the only one that could deliver that. So with that, we took a chance. Worst decision we've ever made as home owners over the last 20 years.

As other reviews point out, nobody gets back with you on anything. Extremely frustrating! Any positive review for these guys are the exception, not the rule. It’s worth noting, while shopping for pool cleaning companies over the last couple of weeks not a single one had anything good to say about ALL SEASONS. In fact, from the sounds of it, they are known in the industry for shenanigans like we experienced. Anyway, project manager Mike, is a joke. If you are assigned him, ask for someone else. All office staff is unavailable. Nobody will be on time or onsite the day they are supposed to be there. Your backyard will be there trashcan. To this day I have never actually spoken to anyone I needed to speak with, with the exception of our sales guy, phone operator in Orlando and a middle management manager. Believe me, I've called more than once. Our pool has been filled now for 2 months and we still have issue with the enclosure looking mediocre at best. Our pool guy came over 6/25/2021 to clean and let us know our skimmer was not completed and was missing parts. All Season response “Good morning, we do not use trap doors with our skimmers. They are left opened." ....Really? This is our first pool so we don't/didn't know what to look for. This is just an example of the little things to look forward to when you sign with ALL SEASONS POOL.

Speaking of signing contracts, you will be signing a "Binding Arbitration Agreement" meaning basically you give up any right to take these guys to court and they know it. We found this out when they refused to remove almost 12 tons of dirt from our property from the pool dig. All seasons agreed to remove the dirt after arguing for 2 months and then last minute (week of) told us they had changed their mind and it was on us. The dirt was left over from one of their contractor's that told All Seasons we said to leave it. Unbelievable!! We had to rent heavy equipment on our own and remove ourselves. This is exactly the kind of crap we didn't want to deal with and were warned about. We have tried moving to the arbitration process to come to terms to cover cost but after almost a month of giving notice we don't even get a response from these clowns. We were advised going forward to never sign a Binding Arbitration Agreement EVER with a pool company. Needless to say, we've learned a lot from this experience.

In an effort to prevent this situation from happening to someone else, anyone reading this that is seriously considering using ALL Seasons Pools, I invite you to come out to our home in North Florida Jax area (after careful consideration of course) and see for yourself before you spend $85,000 or more. I'll even share emails and text messages and photos from these guys throughout the pool building process so you can see just how outrageous they have been. If that sounds helpful to you or would just like more detailed info shoot me an email at [email protected] and I would be happy to share!

    Pool
    $74,000

In over 6 months of horrible communication I have a shell of a pool and spa. Their employee came out and cut up my hot tub with a concrete saw and left. I have left dozens of messages and no one calls me back. I can’t get anyone from the company to respond. They have no customer service at all! They have taken so long that my permit has expired and on top of that it was in failed status when it expired. I wish I would have went with a company that actually cares for their customers!

    Verified Hire

One of the pros about using All Seasons Pool Service was they could put the size I wanted in my backyard, as I do have a villa with a lot of land.

During the experience of building the pool they were good and polite but didn't always show up when they said. Myself being single thought they were taking advantage of me. That was the con, had to keep calling management.
I had some problems with my lights in the pool but they did take care of it immediately. During the building process they were going thru some transitions. I use them to maintain the pool and they have been wonderful. I had a couple of minor problems and were here quickly and efficient. Hope I could answer your concerns.

As of now the service is wonderful.
