    Replace roof
    $7,650

I had All Seasons do my roof in S. Philly. It was a disaster. They did not use the materials as quoted in the contract and left the roof a mess. I have filed a civil lawsuit against them. The pictures of my roof will make any home owner cry.

    Roof repair.
    $12,000

The owner and his immediate staff are a bunch of used car con men. They subcontract all of their work and none of the workers ever know what they are doing. The work itself is haphazard and lacks fineness for the amount of money you are paying. Craig Gould’s (owner), communication skills mirror those of an impudent child, he breaks you down by shouting over you and by using many choice words (wish I could insert audio here). You will NEVER get an itemized break down of the cost (because he subcontracts and has to make money on top of what the other guy is charging).

I hired All Seasons Roofing, LLC, in Feb 2019 to do some repair work in my condo. The work came with a 15 year warranty, which became a million reasons why it was never his fault when the problem returned. Craig Gould (owner), is not a fan of paper tails, I was smart enough to record our phone conversations that outlined every time he recommitted to standing behind his warranty. He would commit to finishing the work and when the actual day came, would ask for more money and tell me sob stories about his health, his wife not working, etc.. My last attempt was last week (exactly one year after first contact). Craig Gould (owner), said he would eat the cost; mind you, this was after having already paid $3,700 (eat what?), and committed to finishing the work. The day came and yet another subcontractor shows up with a new contract for $400, my half of the cost to have this guy sent to my house. I once again tried communicating with Craig Gould (owner), and was told that it was only fair. I challenged him as best as I could and was told by Craig Gould (owner), that’s he is not in a position now, that he doesn’t have money, is on food stamps, and ended with “sue me”.

Please do your homework when dealing with All Seasons Roofing, LLC, and Craig Gould (owner). I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this company unless you are ready to go to battle and possibly to court.

    $20,000

So I have been dealing with these guys over the last TWO years. I spent over $20,000 to have the outside of my house torn down and stuccoed to deal with leaks in the corner of the house. You can actually see my project on their home advisor page and you can see they highlight a big stucco job. What they don't show is the carnage they left on the top half of the house and what has occurred inside since working with them. We have had multiple leaks, mold, scraped up windows, stucco to the glass, and now part of the roof becoming soft from water getting under it. I have been given the run around multiple time and been given plenty of empty promises. If you care to see videos and photos of what they have done please reach out. I will be happy to prevent anyone else dealing with these guys. I also have all of our conversations saved and you can see the full transcript to see this is not another person just blowing something out of proportion. Please stay away!
