    Sunroom build
    $25,000

We were victims of this thief and our experience was same as the others listed here. He demands an exorbitant amount of money up front without doing any work, fails to show up when he says he will, ignored all texts and phone messages and the quality of work is very poor. We had leak issues for over one year and he never fixed them. We finally had to hire a professional roof company to fix all the leaks. Stay as far away from this person as you can he will rip you off

    All Season Sunrooms
I met Mike in January of this year. My husband and I went to the home show in Nashville and we were looking for A company that could build us a nice sunroom, an addition to our new home that we had just purchased. In January When we decided to hire him he had asked for some money upfront and said that that would get us the auto CAD drawing. A few weeks later we received the auto CAD drawing and after a couple times decided to go ahead and move forward. As soon as we approved the drawing he asked for 1/3 up front so that he could order the frame. He harassed us so much that we even tried to negotiate giving him $13000 up front before we even saw any work done. He absolutely would not let us move forward until we gave him the money. After we gave him the money he disappeared and we did not hear from him for weeks. To make a long story short it is now almost May he has never put a stick in the ground and has done no work. I asked him for a start date he said he could not give me one. I then asked why did you take my money if you didn't have a start date you had promised me you're going to order the framing he never did that. He is always sick he doesn't answer his phone he barely sends texts when I want to get ahold of him I have to call a number he does not recognize before he will answer the phone. Before he got my money he was always calling asking let's let's move forward let's get this beautiful Sun Room done and then afterwards nothing and tomorrow is May 1st. The last time I talked to him he told me it would be another 10 to 21 days because they have to order the framing And his crew is going on vacation for 2 weeks.... Never have I dealt with a company like this in my life nor will I ever again. I am trying to get ahold of whoever I can so that we can go after this guy and stop him!

    Build enclosed sunroom

Worst contractor that we have used in 40 years at our home! Exactly what we expected when he demanded payment in full; All Seasons Sunrooms (ASS) would not return to repair poor installation. Web page states, “We take great pride in providing quality sunrooms”!!! This was supposed to be an enclosed sunroom, however gaps in framing allow worms and bugs to get inside. SIX months of dealing with ASS have been stressful and frustrating to say the least. It has been a most troubling experience to have paid Mr. Chisholm to bully, threaten and blame us for his company’s incompetence. His quote, “I guess will let the judge decide. You might want to read your contract on the back that says if I have to hire an attorney that the customer will be responsible to pay the attorney fees.” He said that I was being “nit picky” when pointing out the items on our punch list. I don’t think it is nit picky to expect neat and professional quality of work. That is what we thought he was selling when we signed the contract. He threatened to apply a lien on our home when we expected to make final payment upon completion of the sunroom. He said since we would not pay for uncompleted job that his workers would not be back and we would go to the bottom of his work list.
After Mr. Chisholm’s threatening and screaming in our driveway, we took the high road and paid him in full. Supposedly, our 1 year workmanship warranty covers all defects caused by poor installation and defects of the material.
There is still caulking, repainting, screen repair and repair of Eze breeze panel to be done. I sent him 30 photos of areas needing repairs. Mr. Chisholm doesn’t have the courtesy to reply or even acknowledge our communication.
