  Replace A/C Unit and Coils

  I recently contracted with All Serve on two occasions as I was helping two different neighbors with failed A/C compressors beyond repair.- One neighbor is a widow and that other a family with an adult disabled son, and sought my help. On both of these occasions, timely replacement was crucial given the hot weather and their health conditions. I contacted All Serve Heating and Air BJ was sensitive to those timely repairs and both times made himself immediately available to replace the A/C units. One unit was covered under a home warranty plan, the other was cash payment. BJ was very pleasant and professional to work with. His price for the cash payment repair beat quotes from competitors. I have great respect and trust for BJ and his team at All Serve Heating and Air Conditioning!! Highly recommend this provider and will definitely use him and recommend him to others. - Brent A.

  We were having problems with our furnace earlier in the year. This was the company sent out by the home owner warranty company. He said the furnace had to be replaced. I wasn't pleased that they replaced a Bryant furnace with a lower quality furnace but I was just glad to have a furnace that worked so I didn't complain. I did find that after it was replaced I wasn't getting a very good airflow through my vents but just let it be. Then came AC season, my Ac kept freezing up and our house is staying around 80-85 degrees inside. With only 1 day left on my warranty I called and once again it was a tech from this company that came out. It took him a couple days before he could come out. I was more than a little bothered that after spending only about 10 minutes looking at my unit his "diagnosis" was that I have a terrible vent system and the all of the ductwork need to be replaced. "what!!! This house is 18 years old its been ok up to now", he kept telling me he has been doing this for 25 year and he knows and he left. I gave up trying to work with the warranty company and called a AC company that I knew I could trust. It is a busy time of year so they were finally able to come out yesterday and found what the problem was. When the furnace was replaced they never secured the sheetmetal that connects the furnace with the AC coil duct system, the front panel was taped down but the 2 side were literally blowing in the wind and the back panel was never replaced sitting nicely on the ground with all of the old tape still on it. So all of the hot and cold air was going nowhere but inside my furnace closet!!
