I have had All Service Rite for 20 years. I am extremely happy with them and would recommend them to anyone. Tom the owner has even been to my house on Sundays when I have a problem. They do everything for me that I need done. When I have a problem with something they are the first place I call to see if they do what I need done. Kim, Toms wife always answers the phone and has the best personality for the phone and she has most of the answers to the questions. All Service Rite is very knowledgeable and reliable.

The technician was very pleasant and personable, However, I cannot say the same for customer service. I had a question concerning the charge for the last visit. Kim told me she would send a revised invoice, which she did, but it was still wrong. When I called again, she was very, very rude and unprofessional. As a matter of fact, she hung up on me. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
