Actually Zero stars. Work that was supposed to take one week dragged on for 5 weeks. Donnie Garcia would not show up or return calls from our contractor. After a dispute with our contractor Mr. Garcia returned to our home, entered the house without permission and sabotaged the work by clipping multiple wires resulting in added time and money to complete the project. Police are now involved and restraining order has been filed! Would never recommend this individual or company to anyone!
