It was the worst company I had ever had the displeasure to deal with.
First off I was quoted a very specific price for replacement parts and refrigerant.
The quote I was given for refrigerant was more than the capacity my system maintain. I knew this because I've done this type work before. The technician requested that I pay the total amount in advance prior to any maintenance, I indicated that there was a discrepancy with the total amount the system could safely contain and suggested we weigh the refrigerant bottle before and after to ensure their quote was accurate. They would nothing to lose if they were correct. They came back with a resounding" No" and that was final. I was told to take it or leave. I told them to leave, i realize then that i was dealing with an Unscrupulous character that did not want to compromise or be certain the what was quoted was accurate.

We were assigned All Star by AHS when we woke up to a cold house this morning... we haven't always been happy with the providers they send but All Star came within hours of our request and fixed the system. Much appreciated!! We were afraid we would be without heat for days. Above and beyond. Thanks!!
