This vendor is a total scam! Don't let them near your house. Sabrina is a pathological liar who does not pick up her phone if you have any follow-up. They told me I had a warranty and never showed up after I called them.

ALERT: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I contracted with the husband and wife team of Joe and Sabrina Mitlo (owners) to seal the cracks in our driveway and coat the entire driveway for a written guarantee of a 5 year warranty on all labor and materials. Sabrina was initially personable and seemed knowledgeable and assured me the crack filler would "puff up" and fill the cracks. It not only didn't "puff up", but instead shrunk, peeled and exposed the sand filler beneath all within 24 hours. I phoned on 4 occasions (never returned my calls), spoke to Sabrina once (her initial warm personality turned to annoyance) when said she would return to repair my driveway. She was a no show and I finally left a message asking for the driveway to be repaired properly or my $700 refunded. I am preparing to head to small claims court. UPDATE for ALERT: 10/8/15: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I have to say that they were excellent contractors that I hired. I cannot agree with the other 2 reviews here, but the work they did for me was great.
I called them because I received a flyer in my mailbox with a quote for repairing my driveway. They stated they would be there the following morning at 10 am, and they were on time. They repaired all of the cracks on my driveway, and they even repaired a pothole by cutting the section out and laying new asphalt in it, then continues to seal coat the entire driveway. They were very nice and courteous and walked me through the whole process. I then waited about a week to see what the repairs would look like and if there were any issues. There was no problems with any of it.
I called them on Monday the following week, and I asked them to come look at a commercial property that I own. They met me there on Wednesday, and we walked the entire 100 car parking lot and spoke about what needed to be done. They gave me an awesome price to do all of the patches, cracks, sealcoating and striping. We signed a contract, and she told me that they would start on Saturday morning. I arrived at the property at 10 am, and they were already half way done, they had started at 6 a.m. The work has been done for 3 months now, and it still looks great at both properties. I am VERY satisfied, and will continue using them for all of my parking and driveway needs. 5 STARS -
By Unsatisfied C.August 5, 2015driveway sealcoat$5501 daySCAM
I agree with the comments of the first reviewer; THEY ARE A SCAM. I got my driveway done by them (seal coating & cracks to be filled) and the issues still remain. The cracks are still there, if not worse, and the driveway looks even worse than when they started because they damaged the curb on the side of the driveway. I got this job done mid-June and here we are in August with NO REPLY…EVER! I’ve been calling them like a madmen trying to get in touch with them to let them know that they need to come back and fix it. I don’t know how they expect to fulfill the 5 year warranty they guaranteed if they cannot even call me back within the first month. I’ve been calling and every time I call a lady (sounds about 35-40) answers and claims that “her mom is on vacation and she will call me back.” At first I was understanding and waited, but for 2 weeks I received no call. I called back and the “daughter” picked up again sounding irritated and not helpful at all. She hung up with me in the midst of the conversation we were having. I still trusted the girl and believed the mom was on vacation. The last straw was when I saw her doing my neighbor’s driveway and when I went up to talk to her she claimed to not know who I was. TERRIBLE BUSINESS, AWFUL SERVICE, AND EVEN WORSE HOSPITALITY. What a waste of my 550$. HUGE SCAM DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY OR TIME.

I contracted with them to seal cracks and seal coat my driveway. They did not show up when they said they would. They showed up several days later. The cracks showed thru immediately. They told me to wait a day that the crack filler would expand. It did not. I called them and they said they would fix it. I called several more times and no response. I stopped payment on the check. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

I sent the following but their address is phony. The letter explains my dissatisfaction with this husband and wife team. I agree with others who called them scammers.

Attention: Mr. Joseph Mitlo
Dear Sir,
Last year your company seal coated and filled cracks in our black top. (see the signed contract, copy attached) Soon after tiny cracks started to reappear. I called several times your phone number (908-444 8234) and left messages that please come and repair the cracks before winter sets in. I did not receive any response. Finally last month when I called again a woman who answered your phone said that they are going to be in Warren on Friday September 2nd. She never showed up nor bothered to call to reschedule.
The cracks are still there. (see picture). If All State does not take care of the repairs as guaranteed in the signed contract by the end of this week I plan to report your breach of contract to the Better Business Bureau. I shall also send this letter and a copy of the contract to the referral services that you expect to get future contracts.
Sincerley,
