I had about a $6000 repair done in 2 spots in August 2022. In May 2023 one room was leaking The company did not respond to repeated calls. Finally, someone answers and promised to come out. Of course, they didn't. More phone calls ensued. Finally, someone came out and re-hammered and caulked a shingle. The section releaked last week. Another phone call and they said they will come out this week. They didn't. I just went into the other room where the other repair was to find a wet bed. Yet another call was made.
I know we are going to have to find another contractor and we are out about $6000?
The kicker is that in April 2023 they redeposited via mobile app a personal check of $5100 that they initially deposited in August 2022. Bank of America computers did not catch the double deposit and took the money out. I did get it back in 3 day days but the mortgage was due before then and we had to scramble to cash to pay.
I would not recommend them for roofing.
