I had high hopes but was very disappointed in them. Like all the other landscapers around this area, he didn't bother to call or show up when scheduled.

Was given an estimate frank showed up to eyeball the work to be done. Showed late on day work was to be done and told us he would be back the next day at 9am or 10am. Never Showed. You don't get a second chance on a first impression. Good riddance.

Service was terrible & the work was awful. Frank Brito was a no-show several times. He & his son finally showed up without calling when I was in the shower. By the time I got out there, they had not trimmed my hedges. They had cut them down completely without asking. 20+ years of growth gone! No apology. He didn't like the way they looked & thought he could plant a better shrub bed. I would never recommend this arrogant man to anyone else. I give him 1 star because I have to in order to submit the review.
