We are so grateful and extremely pleased with the service and product we received! Roger Hardkopf was a totally professional, very kind man. He worked hard on his own and oversaw the work of 2 other men, who were professional as well. I especially liked how Roger handled the paperwork so that registration and rebates were complete by the time he left. Since we got a whole new system, we will qualify for a tax credit and this paperwork was included/completed as well.
