We hired Justin for a pretty large renovation project of our very first home. Justin was initially great to work with and extremely friendly, however, 2.5 months into what was supposed to be a 1 month project he stopped showing up even though we had already paid him for all the agreed upon services upfront. He stopped answering our phone calls, texts, and completely ignored any attempts we made to reach out to him to get any form of response.
We ended up having to move into the house with not a single room having been finished. Since we had already paid him and we were out all the money, my husband and I could not afford to hire another person to finish the job and ended up purchasing tools and doing the work ourselves.
Such a massive disappointment, I would highly recommend staying away. Or at the very least withholding payment until all services are rendered and not a second before. Do NOT trust this company to do right by you.
