Chris is friendly, focused, and very knowledgeable. He worked with us on a investment renovation - added dishwasher, rebuilt some systems, changed out the fixtures in the bath. Came back when the drywall assistant poured the leftover mud down the bathtub drain and replaced the pipe at no cost. Then when we had a tenant in the house and the (not new) water heater went out, he showed up at 6am the next morning, with a new water heater, and finished the installation before his already fully-scheduled day even began.
