Just brought a home in Cobblestone Ridge July 2018. This builder and his representative have lied about pretty much about every thing. They agreed to finish up a few " punch list " items after closing as well reimburse me for some closing charges and I cant get a call back. or response from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUILDER. THEY ARE SHADY AND I REGRET THIS DEAL TO THIS DAY.

I enjoyed my experience building our home with Trowbridge. Our home is absolutely beautiful, the woodwork is truly impressive. The team we worked with helped us a lot in designing a gorgeous yet functional master piece. The build finished quickly, on budget, and went smoothly (even with all my Pinterest idea add ons). I'm very impressed with this company.

A factual account of our experience with Trowbridge Homes:
1. Home was finally completed 24 MONTHS after signing contract, which was 16 MONTHS AFTER the completion date stated in the contract.
2. Home had foundation wall cracks and movement of the basement wall during construction, necessitating engaging a structural engineer to design a repair and additional expense.
3. Three liens totaling ~$53K from unpaid subcontractors emerged during title investigation.
4. Basement flooded the week before closing due to inadequate drainage around foundation walls- grade had to be dug up and redone.Hopefully this will be helpful in deciding whether this is a contractor you would like to use.

Dealing with Brad Byarski of Trowbridge Companies, Trillium Companies, and about 50 other business names was a nightmare. He will lie about everything and is extremely unethical. I can only imagine Randazzo is the same way if he hired this guy. All of the licenses and businesses are listed under him. Super shady! Byarski should not be conducting any business. He is incompetent.

Would like Doug to build condos in Coopersville. Land is already available on East St. and I know they would sell quickly. Condos are at a premium in Cville right now with the baby boomers coming up. I know he is a reputable builder as he built my mothers house and one of my previous homes. Come on over to Cville and check us out, Doug!

Bought our condo in March 2021. If I could give Randazzo and Trowbridge Homes a minus 5 I would. The construction is sub par with gutters that have no downspouts, doors on backward and used the cheapest items available. I could go on and on but I definitely would NEVER buy anything the have built or hire them to build anything for me. Only one interested in the payday and could care less about the customer.
