service performed almost a year ago. Humidifier never repaired to appropriate function.Very difficult to get ahold of owner.Rarely returned communications. When I was able to contact him, I had to review the entire problem in detail ...several times (does he not make notes?) I felt agreement was reached to return the part on the dysfunctional and apply it to the purchase and installation of a more expensive but more efficient and more easily maintained unit. Note that I was willing to purchase a more expensive unit, just return the part for the unit that was not working. Months passed without hearing.Ishmael, the owner, said that he would make it right. I suspect that he means well, but he certainly cannot deliver. I finally paid the bill out of frustration and will seek a solution from another, more reputable company. I would never recomend this company.
