DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I had them do a large job for a major renovation at my house and everything went well and they did do a good job for the rough-in. So I can't fault them for their work. They quoted me more than other bids that I had but went with them since they came recommended from my contractor.
But then, when it came to do the final installation before my family is moving in (finishing installing the toilets, sinks, shower heads, etc), they inform me that wasn't part of the initial quote and they are going to charge me thousands more and if I didn't go with them, they would revoke their warranty (since other reputable companies were willing to do the same job for much less).
That would be like my flooring guys putting 75% of my floors in and saying to get the other 25%, I need to pay more.
Seriously, this is what I call a shakedown and will never ever do business with this "company" again.
