Showed up with three men for a one man job. Hung one ceiling fan (already assembled), Hung one light fixture in the bathroom and fixted two faulty lights (on the same circuit so basically fixed one) in another bathroom which required tracing the wire, which was easily found in the attic (I showed him before exactly where it was). He told me the wires just came loose so he secured them. $1,375 was what he charged me. Said he and his "electricians" were $275 per hour. The two guys working with him were not electricians and if he is advertising them as such he should lose his license. This was a one person job and he took severe advantage of me. I stopped payment on the check and told him we needed to start over. I ended up paying him $500 which I felt was a fair price. His last act of "professionalism" was to show me he was blocking my number. Be careful. If you chose to use him make sure you get his rates up front and IN WRITING. This is not an honest man.
