    The workers are great but the contractor is the typical guy who tells you what you want to hear. Charges an arm and a leg and then makes himself impossible to get ahold of once the work is done and you have questions or need repairs. I had to threaten him with a lawsuit in order for him to 'finish' something he didn't do when the job was performed.
