This company is absolutely HORRIBLE! We purchased a new build in July 2021 which this company was the builder. Our brand new floor throughout the entire home started chipping and cracking within the 1st week of us closing and moving in. It is November 2024 and since 2021 we have been fighting the owner of Allegiante Construction LLC to replace it and they are refusing to. The Nevada Contractors Board has been involved with this case since 2021 and this case ON A BRAND NEW HOUSE is still open. I do not recommend anyone to use this contractor because if they do the work incorrectly; it will be hell trying to get it repaired. I’m sure us being a minority couple plays a part in it. I’m sure if we looked like the owner replacing a floor where the cement underneath is unleveled wouldn’t be a problem. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!
