Allegiant does amazing work. They installed LVP after a flood. I had them come back and do the rest of my house. My problem started when I had another flood. This time they glued the LVP down and it couldn’t be saved. My floor was a glue mess. I contacted Allegiant and they came and looked. Offered at no cost to remove the glue residue and seal the concrete. I agreed. What I got was painted concrete and isn’t a smooth finish, scratch marks are visible, it’s not easy to clean and what’s worse is the paint splattered on my walls and baseboards which are brand new. I left a review. They contacted me offering to fix the baseboards. My reply was I can’t talk floors and baseboards at the moment. Then I got an email asking me to remove my review and everything they did was out of the goodness of their heart and they did nothing wrong. Insisted using glue is acceptable. The product manufacturer, I contacted for clarity, said not. Allegiant emailed me the product installation instructions insisting once again glue is ok. The instructions say glue is appropriate for floors with in floor radiant heat. I have concrete slab in these rooms and no heat vent anywhere. I’ve spent a lot of money with Allegiant and I’m not happy to spend more to fix my floors, baseboards and walls. Sloppy and careless result!
