Mr. Allen Choi worked on my 6 units apartment last year. He changed a 120/240 volt single phase 12/24 circuits sub panel with the circuit breakers according to the number of existing circuits. Mr. Choi did an excellent job.
I remember one of my tenants from Iran gave Allen a hard time. Allen located the old electrical panel in the tenant's bedroom. Then he taped off the area with plastic sheet and enlarged the existing hole to install the new electrical panel. My tenant was complaining the bedroom was too hot and he couldn't telework without A/C. As soon as the tenant turned on the A/C, dust and debris were flying in the bedroom. Yet Mr. Choi did not say anything, but he just calmed the tenant down. Since Mr. Choi had an architecture degree, he shared his architecture experience with the tenant. At that time the tenant had been taking the course online. Once the tenant started conversation with Mr. Choi and admired Mr. Choi's architecture background, the tenant stopped making trouble like a child. Obviously, Mr. Choi gained a lot of respect from the tenant.
It saves me a lot of time to deal with this tenant and I really appreciate Mr. Choi's tactfulness in dealing with a grouchy tenant.
