We are a family owned business where the quality of workmanship is what stands behind our name. We do not choose quantity over quality and only work with like minded subcontractors that are licensed in the State of Hawaii. We can take your ideas from what you wish for to the making them a reality. We offer drafting and design concepts as well as final plans through working with local draftsmen and architects. If building permits are required we have a permit expediter that will assist if needed to follow up with the building permit if you have submitted it. We also can submit your building permit as part of our process. Not all jobs do require a building permit and we can advise you on what Maui County requires. Over the years we have established working relationships with many of the trades and material vendors on Maui and work with you in picking out your interior supplies. We have been in the building and renovation business in Hawaii since 1987 and incorporated in 1991. We have a Better Business Bureau Rating of A+
