Contracted on January 2020 porch deck roof replacement. Removed existing flat roof material.replaced installation board to entire 9x 10 roof . Pitch & slope towards drain and gutter. March 2020 service call roof leaked in same area. Kitchen ceiling and adjacent left wall damaged. Rudy Gandolfo installer insured roof was now repaired. Recaulked under posts, removed floorboard under adjacent bedroom door would reapply tar. Future date would bring new hardware for broken screen door handle and Repair drywall. May roof leaking repaired screen door. Recaulked left wall area of roof. June no response from texts calls mailed letter. July 2020 new service call no repairs done. Sept 2020 roof leaking in same replaced spot, bubbling on all 4 sides of EPDM roof, improper draining system so water must be manually swept into gutter. Retaining water under main post, metal beam coming apart from roof material, wet and rotting floor boards kitchen ceiling collapsed, wet drywall damage can't use left wall receptacles and 2019 kitchen floor boards retaining moisture. No summer usage of replaced upper deck.
