At first they tell you what you want to hear. once they got started on a project that had my tenants unable to use 2 of the 3 bathrooms in the home their true colors showed. They were very bad with communicating. send and email, text or call and they wont return it for a few days. Timing, they were horrible at timing. they told my tenants they would be there at 9am and didnt show up till 1pm. no reason why and didnt even apologize. That scenario happened MULTIPLE times. Overall, they were late, poor at communicating and not mindful of what was going on. this job started in May and ended towards the middle of October. they stated it would take 1 month maybe 2.. FIVE MONTHS LATER. Their president was not even on available for communication even when we put him on it for help... no response.. crickets from him (nice job buddy). Honestly the only punctual thing they are good at is asking for a signature of satisfaction and for their money. I wont never ask them to work on any project of mine or my worst enemy. I highly suggest you move on if you were thinking of using them for any contract work. unless of course you dont mind a company that is always late, doesnt tell you what is going on and doesnt care about the situation that they are working on.
