    Unfortunately not everyone ends up with a beautiful finished house like those on their website. We closed over 2 months late and 4 months later we’re still waiting on a long punch list of items to be completed. Subcontractors won’t come back to do the work because they aren’t being paid. Even a small check written to us bounced. The staff did a good job helping us develop the floor plans and pick the interior designs. But as closing approached and it looked like it would be late we couldn’t get answers to our questions. Subcontractors stopped coming to work on the remaining punch list. We were told the owner preferred communicating through email but he never answered ours(received our first email communication with the owner Steve Allen on 7 May 2018, he is not motivated by our social media posts). The lights on our front porch posts blew off in October and so far only one has been replaced(fixed in April 2018 after posting complains on social media). We’ve never had hot water at our kitchen sink. The master shower has been leaking for weeks, luckily we’re on well water but that’s a whole other depressing story. When it rains, red dirt flows into our pool because the yard wasn’t graded correctly. The red dirt has also clogged our sprinkler heads so the yard isn’t getting watered, contractors won’t come fix them. The paint on our house is streaky and they knew right away it would need to be repainted but that was 8 months ago and nothing has been done. It’s a custom home and we paid $3k for the floor plan but still haven’t gotten our copy(received our copy in April after social media complaints). We don’t even have keys(got the keys in April after social media complaints). I could go on and on with more problems. Every time we press them for a plan to get things done there is another excuse. All trust has been lost. It’s just a never ending sad story. So far the owner/builder doesn’t seem to care and I don’t see that changing. Good luck to you if you use this builder. I could never recommend this builder, don’t know how they received a high rating.
