    Standard yearly maintenance

    I definitely would not recommend Alley Heating & Cooling to anyone. They came out to do a simple get-ready-for-summer check on my heating/cooling system. Besides not even
    taking the covers off the inverters or checking the Freon levels, they left 2 holes/scratches in my wood flooring. The manager will not even return my calls to discuss how they will fix the damage they caused. Very disappointing. Very bad business & management.

    POOR QUALITY WORK !!! Think twice about using this company...I would definitely not recommend them. They were hired by our general contractor for a new residential install. When they installed our 2 HVAC units, they were wired to the incorrect thermostats in the home. This caused one of the furnaces to run non-stop or 24/7 for about 2 weeks. When we stopped by to check on the project, we notified our general contractor that the temperature in the master bathroom was over 90 degrees. One of the wooden cabinets which is located below the heating duct was so hot you couldn't even touch it. This could have easily caught fire. We also had just filled our 1000 gallon propane tank which was quickly depleted. The cost to refill the tank was over $3 per gallon. After multiple calls, they finally repaired the wiring issue. Oleg (the owner) promised we would be reimbursed. After many calls and texts, they have completely ignored us so we have never received a dime to cover the expensive cost of the propane.

    We called and asked for an estimate on an installation we needed. They came and looked, said they'd get back to us. Weeks passed by without a contact. When we called they apologized for not responding. They made an appointment for our installation during that call. On the scheduled day, they never showed. We called, texted and left messages. NO RESPONSE. They do not answer their phone when we attempt to contact them. We had used them previously and we were pleased. But now we are using another company. It is unprofessional to be ignored and lied to.

    The work is great. They are affordable contractors compared to other HVAC companies.

    Poor quality ...plumbing pipe supports were cut to make easier access for their ducts. This resulted in pipes laying on the ground, and major plumbing backups requiring 4 visits by a plumber and $790 in charges. Alley did come back and make an adjustment in the duct that was sitting in the kitchen drain, but refused to cover any of the plumbing charges.
