I have worked with countless contractors over the years for personal homes, investment properties and new homes built, so I have a lot of experience in the builder and contractor industry. I have never had a worse experience then with Alliance Contractors. Like many others have stated, Robert demands 50% for a down payment in advance, which is extremely high,. The standard for the industry is between 0% to 30% at most, which validates legitimate and professional contractors in roofing. Moreover, they constantly tell you they will be there shortly as you are "number 2 or 3" on our list. We had to wait 9 weeks before they finally arrived, with me finally demanding a refund to get them to show up. When they finished, the sales representative immediately contacted us that same day for payment. I had not even had a chance to validate their completion by getting on the roof to confirm their execution, as I was at work. They consistently reached out that same evening, demanding immediate payment. I indicated that I simply needed to get on the roof during daylight hours to validate effective contracting and completion and that I would pay them in that weekend (3 days) as I wouldn't have a chance to do that until the weekend. I gave them thousands of dollars and waited 9 weeks; I am asking them to wait three days for the balance. The signed contract states that a customer has 5 days after the finish to pay. They don't mean what they state! Rodney called me the next morning, extremely aggressive and stated that he filed a lien against me (with 24 hours of completing the work) and has sent this to collections. That is fantastic customer service (are you kidding me?). I told him that he would now have to wait weeks to get paid if that is what he is going to do as I only asked for time to validate the work was done, which aligns with the signed contract. All of the other contractors I work with are Net 15 days, Net 30 days or simply give you and invoice and wait for me to pay, which I have always done. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, use Alliance Contractors. Unethical, unfair and untenable. Use anyone else!

I would only recommend Alliance Contractors to my worst enemy. They were very eager to get my money and tell me my roof was scheduled for the next week. After many no shows, "rain delays", broken promises, or no communication, they finally began work on my roof 6 weeks later. They left debris, tar, and nails all over my yard and boxes of shingles and roof vents in the middle of my driveway. They finally picked up the roofing material a week later. There are a lot of good roofing companies out there, this isn't one of them. Rodney is the worst, most difficult contractor I've ever dealt with. Go elsewhere!

By ShariAugust 20, 2015Roof Replacement2 daysQuality! Excellence! Professionalism!
Alliance Contractors installed our new roof last Spring and did a fabulous job! Tally practically held our hand every step of the way and met with our insurance adjuster twice to advocate the obvious need for a full replacement. We were informed of every needful decision throughout the process and were very satisfied with the end result. We would (and HAVE) recommend Alliance Contractors to anyone seeking excellence, quality, and professionalism in a roofing contractor. Thank you Rodney, Tally, and the whole crew that worked together on our roof installation! You ROCK!!

took our money and then we had to chase them down to do the roof 4 months later. Ruined our swamp cooler and now we are going to have to take them to small claims court. Unreliable, uncommunicative, made a mess and left it. I cannot say enough bad things about this company.
