Con Artist, Takes money, does a little to show you motivation to pay more then leaves the job. No Answer, No explanation, Nothing! Took over 60K and left a huge mess that was in no way complete.

Build room above garage, refinish wood floors add utility room

Scam artist liars...doesn't pay the subcontractors after you have paid him for what LITTLE work does get accomplished. Does not supervise anything. Just came once a week to get a check. Moved to Robert Lee right after starting job. Is totally ignorant about remodeling and building. Notorious for not finishing jobs nor paying his Subcontractors. Got a air conditioning system put in my house (one of the few things that got done) that had to be removed and replaced because the city permit department said it was not up to code. Plus no heat because they were gas he told us they were electric. I complained profusely because had no roof until he finally hired Charles Terry roofing to put roof on after 8 months....I paid Alliance way more han he was bid and he never paid them, nor the electricians, insulation company or 2 set of framers. They are all going to probably put liens on house now. So now I have lawyer fees on top of everything else because we have to sue them . Don't contract with these people they are bad news...And the plans they do for project are totally useless and bogus. Charged me for architectural level plans and he got some guy to do it on computer. They were totally useless. Been a total nightmare.
