James came out and inspected our a/c. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He discovered our unit was not working due to earwigs! He could have easily tried to up-sell us by claiming the unit was defective. He didn’t. Allianz has my business and, when I need a new a/c (won’t be long), I will call them. Meantime, I will be scheduling maintenance and duct work through them. And I’ll be asking for James.

- Building permit records show that Allianz Heating & Air has worked on 1587 permitted projects.
Called Allianz heating and air yesterday when our central air stopped working. They told me they could have someone out today between 11:00 and 1:00. The technician Dan showed up around 9:45 this morning. Not only was he punctual he was early. He was able to assess the problem almost immediately. It was a completely clogged filter (we didn't know where the filter was located since we had just bought the house). They got us signed up for the esa gold plan which has a number of benefits that we plan to take full advantage of. Dan performed the spring maintenance on the system, replaced the filter cleaned the outdoor condensing coils as well as answering all of our questions. He was able to tell us what kind of filters we should buy for when we change the filter monthly. And he was just overall great, very professional very courteous and now our AC is working amazingly. This AC was installed in 2005 so it is an old unit and it will need to be replaced probably in the next three years but he didn't try to push anything on us he didn't try to force us into buying anything or paying for anything extra. It was just a great experience overall. I would definitely recommend them to anybody needing heating and Air issues addressed. Thanks Dan!
