I asked to has my sewage grinder pump serviced. Company showed up on a Wednesday, informed what needed replaced. They supposively put the system back together. On Thursday evening my tank was flooded and sewage coming out all over my yard. On Friday afternoon they arrived after calling and informed me there was nothing they could do to fix it because the arm broke. And informed me they could not come back until the following Wednesday or Thursday. When a family lives in a home they need to be able to use the toilets and such. Especially when you have an Autistic grandson that lives with you and cannot be out of his regular routine. This company left my family stranded without sewer all weekend. That's okay because another company arrived there on Monday and replaced my system and made sure my family was taken care of. This is not a family oriented company.
