Had work done 11 February and was told I had to wait six weeks for the partial refund since I purchased the fan. I waited the six weeks, then another six weeks, and several more weeks, all while being assured it was coming. After 15 weeks I have given up on them. Not a way to run a business.

Talked to him 2 weeks before service and asked him if he could come early . Told me he would call me and see if he could come early. Never called me back. Day of the scheduled service never showed up. Called him and he said there was a mistake on scheduling and was rude on the phone. I'm actually glad he never came to do the work from what little interaction I had with them.
