I advised him to hire an electrical contractor and plumbing contractor due to extensive work. He had a handyman company do the unlicensed work and code enforcement caught the unlicensed work being performed. Based on the code violation he hired Allstate Custom Contracting to permit the job and take care of the building issues. Look at public records and it will show a stop work order for his job. He did not cooperate with me on the scope of work needed to pass building inspections. He refused to pay for work that was needed to complete and pass inspections. He owes Allstate Custom Contracting $4,500.00. Public Records show how shady this investor is, he will cut corners at all cost to save a buck and he sells these homes that are not up to code to have the current owners deal with these major issues. He gave me $500.00 only for a $5,000.00 job to bring this up to code. he refused to pay so I pulled the permit.

I paid Eddie Ezelle 50% up front to do a job. He promised over and over to get the job started, but he never did. I asked for my money back, and he said he would return it, but after 12 requests over 6 months, Eddie never returned the funds. During that time, Eddie promised 5 times that he was sending me a check, but he never did. I have the complete text string showing this history. He was very unprofessional throughout this process.
