The company came to my home to fix an electrical issue in June 2013. The issue still isn't solved and I have been trying to call and cannot seem to get an answer. What makes it worse is my home is new and the warranty is good for a year but I have to use a list of contractors supplied by the builder. So unless I want to cover the expense out of pocket I am forced to use this company. Please try not to use this unreliable company.
