There was a leak coming from my HVAC unit. I was able to schedule an appointment at a suitable time. The tech was prompt and very knowledgeable. He quickly resolved the issue and instructed me on how to prevent it from recurring. And the price was lower than other quotes. I highly recommend AllTech for any HVAC needs.

Over the years, we have used Alltech multiple times. We have always thought the service was excellent and the techs were friendly and helpful. Recently, we had a crew here to do a plumbing review of our house. We are on a monthly plumbing plan. Two techs came and looked over our house and came up with a number of things that we should have done. They said we had a rubber hose hooked up to our washer that needed to be some sort of metal. We had a disposal that was dead and needed to be replaced. We said yes to the suggestions and one tech showed up the next week. He was here for maybe 5 hours and the bill was $3775. My husband agreed to a loan they offered so he did not have to shell out all of that at once but then when he got the paperwork he did not like the looks of the terms. We went ahead and paid off the bill.
My husband felt that we were misled and that the charges were outrageous for the length of time he was here and the amount of work. We mentioned that my husband's toilet had issues and somehow they did not fix that. After years of being happy customers we are not so sure about using Alltech again.
