We had a flood in our basement and hired AllTrades to do the dry wall and repair. AllTrades claims to be efficient and professional but they are neither. Nicole is rude and clearly does not have experience in customer service. She hung up on me because I would not allow her to keep interrupting and talking over me as I tried to get a resolution to the problem areas they created in our basement. We were told that the work on our basement would not take more than 3-4 days, it's been over 3 weeks. The crew did not show up until after 10am daily, the drywall and mud work they did was messy and bumpy yet they still painted over it like we would not notice. That is when they were not painting only the bottom half the wall in some places. In some places, the wall was not painted at all and in others the wall is crumbling or non-existent. They did not provided an accurate estimate for everything that needed to be done so we had to pay for half of the materials post contract. When we asked them to come back and fix the work that was not done correctly the 1st time, they kept changing the appointment (1st the date, then the time) until they finally decided not to show or return our calls. Our basement is still not done correctly despite AllTrades being paid in full plus the cost of extra materials. To top it all off, we had to clean up after since they didn't use plastic or request that we cover our furniture/hardwood floors ahead of time. Sorry we hired them and paid them in good faith. Even after all of this, AllTrades still has the nerve to use photos from our home on social media.
