Our community, The Villages at Charleston, have been attempting to contact Alluvium in regards to financial records and promised amenities for the development. We are getting no contact from the developer and we are about to enter into Phase 3.
This is very unacceptable as they have been involved in questionable business practices, and the Homeowners want to take over the HOA at this point to get everything under control and in the shape that we are expecting it to be.
