David and his father came to my home to install a new toilet. They never mentioned the flange that was broken (so I could fix it) and never put wax in between the spacers that were needed since I had 3/4" hardwoods now. They also never mentioned that my subfloor hole was too large. They installed my toilet and when my floor installers had to replace a piece of flooring in the bathroom the subfloor was wet along with the pad. With more investigation the toilet had been leaking since they installed it! This required a total tear out of my hardwood floors in the bathroom, along with the flange that had to be replaced, since it was broken from the beginning, and they just "covered it up" along with the sub floor had to be redone since they didn't mention that either! Crawlspace was full of water and debris due to constant leaking. Total mess that ended up costing me DOUBLE what they had originally charged me. Luckily my floors were still under warranty or I would have had to pay for them too! Reporting to BBB.

David showed up right on time and finished the job quickly and professionally, for a very reasonable price! While he was under the house, he also found a loose air duct that we didn't even know about, that was blowing AC into the crawlspace. He reattached the duct to the vent without being asked. Thank you, David, for going above and beyond to make sure your customers are happy!
