This is a 100% real review based poor quality work. Unit owner and elderly renter having brand new less then 1yr roofs and down drains leaking into owners and renters homes. They will smile in your face to get the job. They will tell you everything you want to hear. They will start the job abandon it to take money from other projects leaving yours roof opened destroying your home. Yes, I not only have all the proof pictures and Yes all the checks of them being paid in full. Yes, I will take it all to that State and Dade County. Out of 10-12 commercial buildings they all leaked and caused mold and damages to units. "ALEPERO GENERAL CONTRACTOR' is dealing with Omar Gomez father and son "GOMEZ REPAIR CORP"who will tell you this is his uncle. I found out this is a lie and con! Once they realize they can't con you they won't return your calls or text, This is the United States and you can't take Commercial properties money displacing owners and renters for your financial gain. I have elderly people that slipped in puddles of water in their homes. Living in mold while these scum come view damages say I will be back and don't show up. Imagine $32,500.00 x10-12 building $1400.00 per building drain average cost with extras fees $35,000.00. If you need proof contact me. Pictures videos texts. I hired this GC as a recommendation from our realtor after we purchased our first home. We went into contract for a total of +$10k worth of repairs involving re-doing the bathroom shower, exterior wall, painting and other misc issues.

Alpero General Contractor is the first and last time I get scammed by a business. What started as a 2 week project ended being a 3 month project of me begging these people to finish the job... and it still hasn't been finished. The job they finished was subpar, ruined our wooden floors, left a mess, lost my home keys - a complete nightmare.

It's unacceptable, and I STRONGLY recommend that you look somewhere else. Since then I have worked with other contractors and no one has been the biggest headache as this one has. If you think you're getting a deal because his prices are cheaper, remember you get what you pay for.

I contracted Alpero General Contractor Inc back in June of 2019 for a pool, deck remodel including a pérgola. Hendrick Varona was my contact and assigned project manager. By November of 2019 I had to fired the contractor for damaging the deck “stones purchased by me”, missing datelines, false promises, unlicensed activity, no respect for safety and NOT finishing the project. I lost the use of my home for half a year in Liu of “two month”, and lost money. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS CONTRACTOR

Worst mistake I could have ever made , second contractor hire by my husband and I, left Miami went to do a job in the Virgin Island, left his crew he call them for several days no generator left a hole in my ceiling, roofs left uncover, house suffered rain damage I took , pictures Fri 8 the weather was storming they left roof partiality covered , my husband daily removing trash left my workers I had to go to urgent care mold smells, he got back from Virgin Island came to our homes putting the last damages on last contractor when I sent him pictures on damages thank God my son and daughter was witness the mold and water damage, his work order to replace wood damage his workers wanted to put damage wood new wood on top of it this guy has no professional buisness skills I am sending complaints to state and county for further investigation,
