By Mrs. R.July 26, 2018Roof$12,000
Adam Garcia is THE WORST CONTRACTOR IN ROSWELL! Yes, he is as smooth as they come...but, he will take your money, start a job, and then you can't find him. It has taken 13 MONTHS TO DO OUR ROOF! He took off half of the shingles and left the paper exposed for weeks! He is absolutely the worst. And, by the way, he doesn't have an office. I went to 712 West Alameda, Roswell,NM and they said it was not his office. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM ARTIST!

I would warn you to not do business with this company. They do not show up when promised and you never hear from Adam except if he wants money. The roof job took 8 weeks to complete and I had to fix 2 places where it leaked myself because they never return. The workers were all very nice but would only be here part of the day then you would not see anyone on the job for days on end. In the end they cost me over $3000.00 bringing in another contractor to complete work that was paid for.

Adam Garcia ripped my father off. Was hired to redo driveway. Took the driveway out and never heard from him again. Looks like he can not finish what he starts. Beware!!!

Was not happy with the time period it took to complete a rather small job, or the quality of the job when it was finally done. Had to have someone else redo some of the work, and finish the rest. Disappointed to say the least...

Mr. Garcia promised to finish a job in two weeks, six weeks later and many call from my Realtor... he has basically bailed on the job after getting almost $7,000 as a deposit. Some of the work was done and then he turned into a ghost. Based on pictures, it looks like he may have done a sub standard job. DO NOT TRUST ADAM GARCIA.

Working with alpha construction was a pleasure and blessing. Alpha constructions workers are awesome. I appreciate how they do everything they can to make a customer feel a sense of peace . Because it was really stressful for me on this construction job . Adam made sure things would be taken care of if there was a problem. I understand things happen in construction all the delays and subcontractors time frame . Adam explained all that to me and gave me understanding of of the remodel . I wanted done in one day but that wasn't happening. Alpha construction took care of me and the job is complete it is awesome. I would recommend alpha construction any day thank you guys you'll were a blessing to me .

I for one have had the pleasure of meeting the owner and he was very respectable and tried to make this experience as easy going and precise as possible. I took it to my own action to come and walk around the job site. Adam, the owner of the company was working right next to his employees making sure things came out as they should. I completely disagree with the negative comments previous to mine. They are a very respectable work crew ready to work and do things right. I highly recommend using this company. Great attitudes and to the point. A+ in my book.

The work they did was very good. We need them to come back and fix a leak, but after two promised dates they would be there without showing up or calling, we have given up on them repairing anything they do.
This is really sad because we have to lose days at work waiting for a contractor to arrive that never does. -

Well the only Time I met owner was when he took so many thousands of total estimate and when final pay was due. It is the employee who did all the work, not the owner, the owner is very money hungry and tries to take credit for something he never did...I will never use Alpha construction again...

Have to agree with above review! DO NOT HIRE! The owner is money hungry, takes short cuts to pocket as much money as possible. Worse contractor ever! Pay extra for a good contractor that will do the job right! WORSE PERSON EVER!

Alpha construction is the worst contractor I've had the displeasure of doing business with. I have spent more time fixing their work than they spent building. In my addition, the floors are too high, rooms ended up 2"out of square, and even the siding is not level. The worst part is they couldn't and wouldn't fix any of their mistakes. About the only thing Adam did well was cash the check.

Adam Garcia, is a scam artist, At first the work was done with integrity, until the roof continued to leak, after 8 times of trying to fix it, still leaks, and the work he did do to the roof is now damaged. We signed 2 other contracts and paid deposits to do the work, and he has not contacted us or made good on the work. We are now out 25,000 dollars. FRAUD
