  Sunroom addition

  Huge sunroom addition plus large bedroom, around $100,000. Justin assisted in plans (good thing he did!), did fantastic job, paid attention to details, managed change orders, and afterwards when a problem arose with one of the French doors that was the fault of the manufacturer, he quickly took control and remedied the problem.
  This was not an easy project. I knew in advance that there were difficult areas involved with marrying the large addition to the house, but his team handled it well. A+ to the builder. Thanks Justin for a fantastic job.

  Alpha Contracting and Trades installed new windows on the second floor of my house. They were professional and attention to detail was great. They even painted my front shutters with me asking them to! Will defiantly hire them in the future!

  Remodel our library / game room

  Master Bathroom Addition

  $70,000

  Alpha Trades and Contracting, LLC does not follow their own claims of “doing it right the first time.” My shower floor has breaking grout that Mr. Justin Nice was aware of from only a few weeks after installation. The problem continues to persist and the company will not pay to have it fixed, even though they were well aware of this issue. I had several tile experts tell me that this should not happen shortly after installation or even a year later! Think of your own shower or people you know, most tile showers last a lifetime.

  Also, some of the finish work was not up to standards. This was pointed out by other people who used my bathroom. This seemed to me as little things that I overlooked or did not particular care about, but other customers possibly will.

  Awesome work at a fair price! Eight or so smaller projects on the house, and I will definitely use them again with a remodel on our bathroom.
