  Warranty

  This company came out as part of a warranty visit. Before coming they insisted we have a water reclamation company come out because they wouldn't access the area with the leak themselves which seemed odd. This ended up costing us 1200 just for access. They were at our house for less than 30 min said they knew what was wrong and would be in touch. Half a day later our claim is denied and both the warranty company and Alpha plumbing started pointing to the other and no one will provide us any answers. Alpha only seemed interested in providing a cash quote including a 10% discount of 90 ignoring the 100 they got to come out and take a look(apparently that would not be coming off the cash price). When you call them it's evidently a small shop and they don't even answer the phone with their company name. They said they would send us info over and over again to support our warranty appeal but never did and became frustrated we ignored their cash quote. Seems like they may just be using the warranty company to get cash claims. Ultimately we got a second quote giving up the 100 for the assessment and paid less than half of what they wanted

  This company is extremely vindictive and dishonest! Plumber came to our house as dispatched by Old Republic Home Warranty to fix a broken shower arm and valve. The manager Angela promised us that they will get the job done the same day since they can get an approval from the home warranty within 15 mins. After they did the diagnosis and realized it was just a small job they suddenly said they would not be able to finished the job today and will have to come back some other day. Mind you this is our shower that is broken and is the only shower in the house. I made an appointment with them with the condition that they will finished the job that same day. A little confrontation happened after the scheduling misunderstanding and the cherry on top is that this company ALPHA PLUMBING submitted to Old Republic home warranty insurance that our shower arm head and valve were forcefully damaged by a person or a pet out of spite and resulted to the denial due to not the normal wear and tear coverage. We now have to pay out of pocket several hundreds of dollars because of this unprofessional, lying clowns! BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THESE GUYS. They are like snakes of Satan himself!
